This Privacy Policy explains how Chill Connect: Ice Box (the "App"), provided by Shawn Stornello ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Depending on the features and services available in the App, information may be collected automatically when you play. This may include device type, operating system version, language, approximate region, advertising identifiers, IP address, app version, gameplay events, progress, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information in order to play the App. Please do not send sensitive information through support communications.

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to operate and maintain the App, save or understand gameplay progress, troubleshoot errors, analyze performance and engagement, prevent fraud or misuse, improve features and difficulty balance, deliver advertising where applicable, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and Analytics

The App may use third-party advertising, attribution, analytics, or crash-reporting services. These providers may collect device identifiers, advertising information, IP address, general location, interaction data, and diagnostic information under their own privacy policies. Where required, the App will request permission before accessing an advertising identifier or tracking activity across other companies' apps and websites.

4. In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction status, product purchased, and a transaction identifier so that purchased content can be delivered or restored.

5. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, analytics, advertising, attribution, fraud prevention, customer support, and technical operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the App. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data Retention and Security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, security, and operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can limit certain collection through device privacy settings, including advertising and tracking controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. Requests may require reasonable verification.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal information.

The App may link to the App Store or other third-party services. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
